2. Service Description

Bastion VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services based on the WireGuard protocol. The Service includes:

  • Encrypted connection to our servers
  • Masking your IP address
  • Data protection when using public Wi-Fi networks
  • Access to content from different countries

3. Registration and Account

You need an invite code to use the Service.

You are responsible for:

• Confidentiality of your invite code

• All actions performed using your account

• Immediate notification to us of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

By using our Service, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate laws of any jurisdiction
  • Upload or distribute viruses or malware
  • Conduct DDoS attacks or any other types of cyberattacks
  • Send spam or phishing messages
  • Violate copyrights or intellectual property
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal activity

5. Service Availability

We strive to ensure 24/7 Service operation, but cannot guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation without technical failures

• Availability at any time

• Complete absence of errors

We reserve the right to:

• Conduct scheduled maintenance

• Temporarily suspend operation for updates

• Modify or discontinue the Service

6. Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, in case of:

• Violation of these Terms

• Illegal use of the Service

• Resource abuse

• Request from law enforcement

7. Limitation of Liability

Bastion VPN is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Any direct or indirect damages

• Data loss or lost profits

• Actions of third parties

• Consequences of using or inability to use the Service

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without any express or implied warranties, including:

• Warranties of merchantability

• Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose

• Warranties of non-infringement of third party rights

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you through:

• In-app notification

• Email to specified address

• Announcement on our website

Continued use of the Service after changes means your agreement with the new Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including software, design, content and trademarks, belong to Bastion VPN or our licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Bastion VPN company is registered.
