Bastion VPN

We respect your right to privacy and control over your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your data from our Bastion VPN application.

What Data We Store

In accordance with our privacy policy, we store a minimal amount of data:

  • Unique device identifier (Device ID)
  • Traffic usage statistics
  • Assigned VPN IP address

We DO NOT store: browsing history, connection logs, DNS queries, traffic content, geolocation data.

What Will Be Deleted

When processing your data deletion request, we will delete:

  • Your unique device identifier from our system
  • All usage statistics associated with your account
  • Your assigned VPN IP address and configuration
  • All data associated with your account

How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request deletion of your data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to:

support@bastion-vpn.com

2. Use the subject line: "Bastion VPN Data Deletion Request"

3. In your email, include:

  • Your Device ID (can be found in app settings)
  • Reason for deletion request (optional)
  • Confirmation that you understand the consequences of deletion

Request Processing

After receiving your request:

We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours

Your data will be deleted within 30 days from receipt of the request

You will receive notification upon completion of data deletion

After deletion, you will not be able to use the service with your current Device ID

Consequences of Deletion

Important to understand:

  • After data deletion, you will lose access to the service from your current device
  • All unused subscription time will be forfeited
  • Data recovery after deletion will be impossible
  • You can register again, but it will be considered a new account
